ScryingEye is a closed beta run by a small team. There is no ticket system and no chat bot. There is an email address, and it is read.

Email admin@scryingeye.net for anything: bugs, questions, feedback, account help. During the beta we usually reply within a few days.
Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get something fixed is to tell us:
- What page you were on and what you did.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you have one. It helps more than anything else.
Your data, your tools
- Export everything: Settings → Danger zone → Export everything. Your whole campaign as Markdown, anytime.
- Delete a campaign: Settings → Danger zone → Delete campaign. Immediate and irreversible.
- Delete your account: email us and we respond within 30 days; everything goes: campaigns, memory, account.
